Outside Corner with Roller 3/16" Hardware Build a ramp using our ramp kit. Wider ramps can be built by buying additional center roller sections. Merco offers both regular 1/4" hardware and 3/16" homeowners. For ramps longer than 10' , use 1/4" hardware. Use center roller every 2'. Extra holes in center allows use of an angle for the adjacent stringer. Rollers are made with UHMW for long wear. Use 1/2" carriage bolts on 1/4" hardware - 3/8" carriage bolts on 3/16" hardware - hot dipped galvanized.
